Profile

Hi, I'm Jia Zhe. This is my blog where I post little snippets of my life, fanfiction and orginal works. I've also recently taken to writing a lot about Kung Fu Panda and its characters. Enjoy. But only if you really want to.

Failure

12:31, Thursday, 12 February 2009

There is some saying that goes, 'Failure is the mother of success.'
Well, luckily we did not have to fail to succeed at defeating Chung Cheng High School. Which seems easier than it was when I'm typing it out right now.
So, the motion was 'This House Believes That professional sports players should have salary caps', which did not make any sense at all to me when it was first presented. But thankfully we managed to overpower them to victory.
Oh, and Astrid is actually quite a nice girl. Bubbly, too, even for a girl.
.
Anyways, back to the topic of failure, it is actually quite hilarious to observe someone failing, even though it is quite mean. A few weeks ago I discovered the 'Fail Blog'. Basically it is a website with international pictures and videos about Failure and its use in humour. Just Google the name if you want to check it out.
Warning: Some content may not be suitable for people under 16 years of age and may prove disturbing to general audiences. The Fail Blog may not be right for anyone, and exposure may result in bloating, cramping, malaria, dysentery and growth of additional limbs. If you experience any of these symptoms, stop reading the Fail Blog immediately and do your homework until the chest tightness subsides. Viewer discretion is advised.
.
Even though I'm not a huge fan of soccer, this video made me laugh until my sides split.

If this is how Osama Bin Laden trained, the US should slap themselves for not being able to catch him for so long.
