After watching the latest episode of Chuck, I'm very happy to say that Chuck now has the distinction of being the only show that had me stand up and exclaim "No!" rather loudly in front of my computer screen. Not in a bad sense, by the way. More in the "No-way-this-show's-writing-is-so-awesome-I-can't-wait-to-see-what-happens-next" sense.

It's really that good. Considering that the writers had to work with budget cuts in 2009, the show has done an excellent job in keeping storylines fresh. The show is probably NBC's heavyweight and if they stuck it in the Thursday night timeslot instead of Monday, I'm willing to bet that viewer ratings would spike.
